Customized Living is a Minnesota Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) that provides an individualized package of health-related, supportive, and personal care services in a licensed assisted living setting. Services are developed around each resident’s assessed needs, goals, preferences, and support plan to help them live as independently and safely as possible.
