Through our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), Northeastern Home Group provides compassionate, person-centered support that helps individuals reach their goals, build meaningful relationships, and remain active within their homes and communities.

As individuals’ needs grow, we also provide Assisted Living, Customized Living, and 24-Hour Customized Living services to ensure every person continues receiving the care, safety, structure, and support they need while maintaining the highest level of independence possible.

We make sure every caregiver is trained specifically to each client they support, including the client’s goals, needs, routines, preferences, behaviors, safety supports, and level of care required. Our focus is making sure staff fully understand the individual they are working with so services are personalized, consistent, respectful, and supportive of the client’s independence and growth.
